Set-Up  Fees Once off Set-Up fee of $99 applies for most sites 
Staff group set-up fee of $50 per group applies for larger sites. Setting up staff groups allows you to view results by ward/dept or site. For example:  Hospital X has a subscription for 650 staff in three staff groups: Medical Div, Surgical Div and Cancer Care
Custom Questions
  • Data Entry and storage fee $25 per question

Custom Competencies/Tutorials

(Custom competencies are question banks you provide to us for use by your staff internally. Custom tutorials are usually provided in PowerPoint format and should contain the necessary information to answer questions contained in custom competency.)

  • Set up of  custom competency question bank $199 
  • Hosting of custom competency $99 p.a.
  • Hosting of custom tutorial $99 p.a.
  • Conversion of custom tutorial for web based use $950 - $1800 depending on size and amount of graphical content.

Master Passwords

(These allow one administrator to access all ward results for all competencies or selected competencies e.g. Fire only)

  • Set up of one master password $199 
  • View staff who have completed a nominated set of competencies $295 p.a.

(e.g. You may want to know which staff have completed 4 core topics with a 10/10 result in each. BLS, Drug Calc's, Manual Handling and Fire Safety. You can nominate what combination you require.)

 

For example: To set up a competency for Infection Control or any other topic using your policies and procedures.

Data Entry: 20 questions x $25 (recommended for random tests) 

Custom Competency Set-up:  $199

Hosting of Custom Competency: $99 p.a.

Total Cost: $798

 

For example: We have set-up 10 staff groups for the 10 wards in your facility. Your fire safety officer would like to generate a report of all staff who have completed the fire safety competency only. A master password is then allocated to the fire safety officer and a report can be generated that is sorted by ward and surname showing only the fire safety results..
